The Knet service desk is a single point of contact that provides Technical support for a wide range of issues. The "Service Desk" Performs task that are both proactive and reactive to streamline Resolutions for a rapid and cost effective outcome 24x7.

The "Service Desk" provides remote support to the following:

  • Offsite Backup & Restore
  • Infrastructure Monitoring

  • Corporate Applications & Databases
  • Network Security & Virus Monitoring

How the SLA Works

For the cost of a Monthly fee our customers can choose to have KNet become it's entire Information Communication and Technology resource maintaining the Business Systems 24x7.

Or, for a fee for service, our customers can simply choose to call the KNet "Service Desk" when they have an issue or question. It's that simple.

KNet does not have a complicated SLA process that pigeon holes our clients based on a Platinum, Gold, Silver or Bronze status.
